Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We are striving hard to provide the absolute best care for your pet while following the CDC guidelines for veterinary clinics.
Currently offering Carside Care and Telemedicine Virtual Consults
In accordance with current state ordered mandates, we are asking that you wear a mask/face covering anytime you are physically interacting with us. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note that we are experiencing high call volumes all day long.
Established clients – use the PetPage App. Don’t have it? Go to Google Play or the Apple App store. Download to your phone using the email we have on your medical file. Yes, you can call us (757-473-0111) but it may sometimes be a challenge getting through to us.
New clients – call 757-473-0111. Then, on our website: Click here - Client Tools – to fill out new client paperwork.
All clients – to make your visit smoother, please fill out our online Pre-Visit History Questionnaire.
Checking in for an appointment - text 757-447-0163. We will let you know when to meet us at the safety enclosure gate for secure pet transfer into our building.
Have your cellphone charged and ready to receive a call from your pet’s doctor.
Avoid being on a call while your pet is in the building.
Be aware of potential wait time. Schedule accordingly. We may be treating emergencies which tend to put our staff behind appointment wise.
Please do not leave the premises unless you have spoken with a staff member beforehand.
Once the exam/treatment plan have been discussed with you over the phone, you will receive an invoice via email.
We are taking payment information over the phone or online through our website: Online Payments.
Once payment is received, we will let you know by phone to meet us at the safety enclosure where we will return your pet and give you any needed medications.
Anticipate high booking volume when scheduling. We recommend scheduling in advance.
Please call us if you need to change your appointment or have any questions.
We now have reserved car spaces in the rear of the building. After texting us that you have arrived, a team member will let you know when to meet us at the safety enclosure out front.
If waiting in your car is an unacceptable option (it is hot and not everyone wants to run their AC for the entirety of a visit), please let us know and we can make alternate arrangements. We will be happy to admit your pet for a few hours and schedule a discharge. Please understand that you must be available by phone/text to discuss recommendations/treatment plans with the doctor.
We also have telehealth options - Anipanion

When you love what you do...you work from your heart. Pet Care Vetinary Hosiptal is a great place to bring your family pet. If anyone knows what Person Centered is, they work from a pet-centered approach. I love it! From the care of our beloved rabbit who has now passed to our Savannah Cat-Ani, we would not have chosen another place.
I have been bringing my guinea pigs and rabbits to Pet Care for about 10 years. Dr's Fisher and Wallace have given them excellent care. They have a caring, friendly manner towards both their patients and their owners As doctors, I trust their diagnoses and opinions and always found them to be correct. The office staff and veterinarian staff are warm and friendly as well. I love going there and highly recommend them.
I love this place. Our lab had a salivary mucocele that needed surgery about two weeks ago. They were some warm and comforting as we had tons of questions before the surgery. They were more than happy to answer and gave our pup so much love. They genuinely care about each animal they see. Every time I walk in they are warm and welcoming and I highly recommend this vet!! Thank you for everything!
I always have a great experience at Pet Care. All who work there are very kind and truly care for your pet. I never have to wait long with my rabbit, BB. I am so glad my friend Michelle recommended them.
I cannot say enough good things about Pet Care Veterinary Hospital! Our 3 dogs (Buddy, Yo-Yo, and Ethel) usually see Dr. Hulls or Dr. Piper.. both are very honest, compassionate, and talented vets and both are amazing with our crazy crew! Everyone from the front desk to the techs to the vets are always friendly and helpful. I have no doubt our furbabies are in great hands whenever they are at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital!
