His teeth were misaligned and needed frequent trimmings. Our bunny was very comfortable being handled by Dr. Hulls and the staff at Pet Care on a regular basis. Pet Care Vet is one of the very few exotic animal vets in the area. The level of expertise and professionalism really sets the standard.

I had a wonderful experience at The Pet Care Veterinary Hospital. The staff was very helpful with my recently adopted shelter dog. My dog was very nervous; Ellie, Dr. Harrington, and I worked together to keep her calm for her first exam. Ellie and Dr. Harrington were both patient, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make this experience as comfortable as possible for my dog.

Dr. Harrington is an amazing veterinarian and it is clear that she has a true passion and calling for her job. I look forward to her being my dog’s primary veterinarian moving forward.

Everyone here seems to be very helpful and always very happy and jolly to see my pup! My dog probably didn’t even feel he got the shots! Dr and the staff were very helpful in answering all my questions very patiently

The staff is sweet and really show that they care about our pets. To be honest, this review is more for Dr. Piper. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and explains everything very well. I had to let my Chameleon go and I was emotional about it naturally, and he literally became my rock in that moment. I also feel he is more thorough in his physical exam with the animal compared to some vets I have had in the past because he was able to point things out that other vets missed. I have 2 little dogs who are under his care, and they both suffer from seizures, and he has just been great with them. Every time I make an appt, I make sure to ask for Dr. Piper. 🙂 Thank you for everything you do!

Today was my first vet appointment as a first time cat owner. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I was seen on fairly short notice as a first time customer and the receptionist was extremely helpful. I arrived early and was seen a few minutes early! The vet and tech were both friendly and thorough. They were very kind and took plenty of time to make my cat comfortable. I’m going back for boosters in 3 weeks and wouldn’t consider any other place.

I have three ferrets, two who are both bandit patterned. The vets, vet techs, and reception take great care to ensure they know who is who. They are always kind when working with my pets and listen to how to make the experience easier on everyone to get through the exams and vaccines.

All staff members are very caring, friendly, compassionate and professional. They’ve always fit me in when there was an emergency. Their care and knowledge of exotic pets is the best. They all follow up on all their cases. I’ve been taking my guinea pigs and rabbits there for at least 15 years and have always been satisfied.

My bunny would come home stressed from our old vet, he would hide and it would take him about a day to recover after dropping him off. I thought this was completely normal. However, since we switched vets, my bun has experienced 0 post vet stress, and actually happily eats hay on the car rides home. This is a change. Very happy.
