"I take both my cats here. Our 7 year old is not a new people person, but
they handle her perfectly and always work with her to keep her as stress
free as possible. They spayed our 1 year old girl and she's healing up
wonderfully. The staff is always kind and willing to answer all my
questions in person and when I call. From what I've seen, they're
constantly working on improving, what to me, is already such a perfect
place to take my girls! I always feel at ease knowing that they're getting
the best possible treatment. Thank you Pet Care, Dr. Bean, Dr. Hulls, and
of course everyone else who's been involved in keeping my girls as healthy
as can be!"

"I love the doctors and staff at Pet Care! Brodie had an appointment with
Dr. Bean the other day; it was wonderful as usual. Clearly these people
care about my babies as much as I do. Oh, and, Pixie went along for the
ride because she suffers from separation anxiety. No problem - and she even
got treats! Can't say enough good stuff about this crew!"

"They couldn't have been any nicer. It was a great experience. They were so
knowledge and great with my dog. Dr. Hulls is the best!!"

"From check-in, triage, exam, treatment, to check-out, everyone is friendly
and professional. Never had a bad experience at Pet Care."

"Overall good experience. Although without an appointment, they accommodated
by bunny. All the staff knew him by name, so I knew he was not left
abandoned at the drop off. I appreciate no expensive extra fees being added
for services that were not needed. My bunny is back to normal, and I left
with a nice care book for him. I appreciated the service, I went in
stressed for concern for my pet I had only had a short time and left very
satisfied and relieved."
"I’m not one to write reviews but this morning but with the loss of my animal a few weeks ago I had the urge to. That said I know the doctors and technicians are the ones that keep my dogs and bunny healthy but I felt compelled to write this about the receptionists at your office. The entire front desk receptionists are very attentive, professional, and sensitive without exception. I know the majority of them by name (Ms. Janice, Leanne, Carrol), but when I come in I always hope Ms. Darlene is working. She is extremely caring about not just my animal but seems she can tell that going to the Vet for me is like going to the Dentist for some people and always has a way to get me relaxed. She always greets by name and assures me especially when my pets are in distress (which is always!!! My babies hate going out the house anywhere). Over these years we have, of course, been faced with the two deaths of our pets, which Pet Care handles with unfaltering compassion, but the last person I see typically both times has been Darlene both times. She has always hugged and cried with me and makes the loss a little more bearable until I can leave the office. I do appreciate everyone there and I hope you continue to do what you do for the rest of my husband’s time stationed here. Love you guys!!"
"I have dogs, cats and lizards (no I’m not crazy, my kids are all about animals) and we was transferred to the area October 2014. Since last October I have been to three different veterinary hospitals and they were ok but felt like I was being pushed through the system. Where my husband and I grew up no matter what hospital, vet store or restaurant you go to by the end you knew everything about the people helping/waiting and vise versa and we were looking for something like that for our permanent Vet.
My first experience with Pet Care was the initial call I made to make a “test” appointment and a Darlene picked up the phone. I promise I’m not the easiest person to accommodate and she went way beyond to assist me and make the appointment work for my busy life having three younger children. I have heard from friends that Pet Care was extremely busy and the day of my appointment there was a lobby full. The office was very well keep and I felt at home from the welcoming staff.
The wait I felt was a little excessive with a dog and my jittery youngest child in tow. Upon checking out I expressed my frustration to the receptionist and you could just see the concern on her face as she apologized and I looked up I noticed it was Darlene from my initial appointment phone call.
Anyway, this review was not about the excellent veterinarian care I received once I was taken into the examination room from the young doctor but more about the before and after customer service I received. So, thank you Darlene for making my first experience with Pet Care a memorable one and will see you next time"

"Dr. Fisher is awesome - as well as ALL of the doctors! My manly man cat, Bailey -can be sweet and down right awful if provoked. Dr. Fisher is the best of the best. My kitty, Bella - is a sweety and loves Dr. Fisher and Dr. Partlow. She's just so nervous (an adopted rescue from the Humane society who obviously had been mistreated.) - Yet, the staff at Pet Care make EVERY visit comforting. Thanks to Charles Wickersham - who referred this office to me... after years of searching for the RIGHT vet! Awesome! 5 stars to all staff as well. Laura House"

"Thank you for your kind words, thoughts, and donation on behalf of Beans. He was the best dog a person could ask for. So full of personality from the beginning. He is missed. Though we can never replace him we have adopted a little fellow to keep us company and help ease our pain. Otis is a 6 week old black lab weighing in at about 6 lbs....Beans was 20 lbs when we got him at 9 weeks...I can't paste a photo of him here but I would if I could. Thank you for your kindness.
