NOTICE TO ALL DOG OWNERS: City of Virginia Beach License Tags

As of July 1, 2007 per Virginia Code 3.1-796.87:1, veterinarians are required to provide within 45 days of giving a rabies vaccine a copy of the rabies vaccination certificate or the information contained in such a certificate to the Treasurer of the locality in which they practice.

Clients, PLEASE be aware that you will need to purchase a City License Tag for your dog immediately if you do not already have a current one of file within the locality in which you reside.
