Rainbow Reflection
Northern coast, Kauai 12/12/02

This section is dedicated to all of those wonderful furry, feathered and reptilian soulmates who have traveled over The Rainbow Bridge. The staff of Pet Care mourn the loss of your precious pet and would be honored if they could add your pet's photo and memorial onto this page. Please email Karen at kcalabro1@cox.net. Send her your favorite photo and a few words about your loved one and she will publish it within a few days.

Some websites to visit:

The Rainbow Bridge--a lovely flash animation created by Terri Pike and with music by Kerry Muzzey. It is based on the poem by Paul C. Dahm.

Savannah

Savannah's early years are a mystery but one thing was certain, she was a little princess. She possessed a regal bearing and had a coy way of looking at you over her shoulder when you called her name. She really didn't like bunnies until later in life. She finally decided that Snowy was an acceptable friend and would lie next to him when the mood struck her. She loved playing with her purple ball and would stretch out on her fake sheepskin rug to snooze or stare at the wall. She loved to snuggle on my lap and enjoyed having her head rubbed. She was such a sweet soul and I miss her terribly. She is now running through fields of clover with my Dust Bunny lopping slowly behind her. She will live forever in my heart.

Love, your mommy, Karen

Snowbunny

I never thought I would lose you so quickly; it seems like you just came into my life and now you are gone. I miss your silly, scaredy bunny ways, your sweet demeanor, and your gentle disposition. You were such a love bunny; always hoping for a treat and a pat on the head. I loved watching you play with Snickers and how excited you would be when Savannah or Tucker would pay you a visit. I miss you so very much, my sugar bear, and know that you are performing your happy dance for Dusty, Savannah and Bailey every day! You were truly a gift that I treasured.

Love, your mommy Karen

Skye Olsen Hodge
January 7, 2008

Skye came into my life 11 years ago as an adult dog through North Country Sheltie Rescue in New Hampshire. I saved her from a life in a puppy mill and she went through the toughest times in my life with me and stayed by my side faithfully through it all. She fought hard against Cushings Disease these last few months and we fought hard with her. She adored her daddy Pete and I wish she had known him in her younger years. Skye will always be in our hearts and always be my best friend.
