Lori Jo Ciccone graduated from Blue Ridge Community College as a Veterinary Technician in 1992 and has been at Pet Care since 1996. Her children include two dogs and 2 cats with a little human one on the way!

Janyce Cooper has been an LVT for four years. She has worked at Pet Care for 3 years and also works for the Tidewater Veterinarian Emergency Center on Virginia Beach Boulevard. During her free time she enjoys playing with her precious daughter and her pit bulls.

Amy Haywood Dorr has completed working working toward her Veterinary Technician degree through a long distance learning program at Purdue University. She came to the veterinary profession after spending 15 years in academic publishing.

Marianne Brittle is a 1990 graduate of Blue Ridge Community College and is very happy to be back at Pet Care after a two year absence. She lives with her husband and teenage son in Yorktown where they have lots of room for her "zoo". Her pet dogs, cats and birds share the home with squirrels, rabbits and raccoons. She is also a wildlife rehabilitator whose hobbies include anything outdoors and singing in her church choir.

Bridgett Farrell graduated from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA in 1999. She currently lives in North Carolina but does not mind the drive to such a prestigious hospital. Her interests include Physical Therapy and organic gardening. |

Shannon grew up right here in Virginia Beach, and completed her Technician Training at Blue Ridge Community College in 1994, where she was mentored by our very own Lori Jo! Shannon then spent several years in the Charlottesville area, and only recently moved back to the Beach to be closer to family. She enjoys music festivals, back-packing, horseback-riding and camping. her special joy is working with all the exotic animals that visit Pet Care! |
